GIOVANNI TOFFANO

 

 

Studied ancient instruments with Pietro Verardo at the Conservatory of Music in Venice, Italy. He studied with Sergio Balestracci graduating in recorder at the Conservatory of Music in Padova, Italy.
He also studied with the finest european musicians: Frans Brüggen, René Clemencic, Marijke Miessen, Walter van Hauwe, Pedro Memelsdorff (recorder); Wilhelm Bremer (wind instruments of Renaissance); Francesco Luisi (Renaissance notation). He presently teaches recorder at the Conservatory of Music in Venice.
